The Ironman is a triathlon giant, hosting races all over the world. The Ironman legacy will be offering their annual intense race this 24th of September in Augusta, GA. This race sells out every year bringing in loads of competitors from all over the globe. The swim takes you down the Savannah river to an boat ramp exit onto to T1. The water tends to be on the cooler side so bring your wetsuit. The bike takes you from the rolling hills of Georgia through the outskirts of South Carolina back into Georgia to T2. The run is set up perfectly for spectators to have multiple chances to cheer on their athletes as they pass by for 3 loops to the finish.
Hot Damn Triathlon
The Hot Damn Triathlon will take place on 10 September in West Damn Park located in Evans, Georgia. The race consists of 750 meter swim, 10 mile bike and 5k run. Kiawah Island Triathlon
This Olympic distance triathlon race will take you through an ocean swim, scenic bike course and breathtaking run. The race consists of .7-mile swim, 25.1-mile bike and 6.1-mile run. The best part is every participant will receive a finisher’s medal.
